Last updated: 2025-10-08
This Privacy Policy explains how smart watchfaces distributed by Undeveloper Ltd. (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our WearOS watchface app (referred to as the “App”) on your Android device.
By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Our App does not collect or store any personal information. We do not ask for or access any sensitive data, such as your name, email address, or location.
However, please note that certain information may be collected automatically by your device or by third-party services when you use our App, including:
Device Information: Information such as your device type, operating system version, and usage statistics may be collected by your device or third-party services.
Permissions: The App may request permissions for features such as setting the watchface or interacting with other apps (e.g., calendar, weather, etc.). These permissions do not involve collecting personal data but are necessary for the app to function.
2. Use of Data
We do not use or share any personal data. Any information collected by your device or third-party services is used solely for improving app performance, analytics, or providing app-related services.
3. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate directly with any third-party services, including but not limited to analytics or advertising.
Other third-party apps (e.g. calendar, weather, etc.) may provide an integration point with watchfaces in general, such that information from that service can be surfaced on our App. In this situation, we do not have access to that third-party data and no data is collected by us in this process. Please review the privacy policies of any such third-party services to understand how they collect and use your information.
4. Data Security
We prioritize your privacy and use reasonable measures to protect any information that may be collected through your device or third-party services. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
