Our Undeveloper Academy programme blends coaching with group and individual mentoring to form a comprehensive and varied personal development experience.
By contract, our standalone coaching offering follows a much "purer" form of coaching which emphasises a non-judgemental and confidential space that coachees can use to enable high quality thinking and personal growth. Our coaches do not directly offer advice and, where sponsored by an employer, will maintain complete independence in order to create a fully trusting relationship with the coachee.
All our coaches are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in good standing, are fully committed to that organisation's code of ethics, have completed at least 125 hours of ICF-approved training to ACTP level, and receive regular external coaching supervision.

Although coaching is commonly sought in remedial scenarios, we would advocate for a more pro-active approach wherever possible — giving employees access to coaching so that performance concerns do not arise in the first place.
How it works
- Arrange “chemistry” conversation between coach and coachee
- Agree coaching boundaries including number of sessions, confidentiality, etc.
- Coaching work delivered as a fixed number of 90 or 60 minute sessions
All prices refer to 90 minute employer-sponsored coaching sessions.
